At Alqaline, we follow a make-to-order approach to minimise wastage. This means each piece goes into production only after an order is successfully placed online. While our garments are thoughtfully crafted, we remain committed to delivering them in a timely, secure, and efficient manner.


All orders are processed and dispatched from our workshop in Cochin, Kerala, India.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)


We ship domestic orders via Delhivery and DTDC. In select locations, delivery may also be facilitated through India Post Speed Post services.

  • Fast Courier Shipping Charge: ₹300 (per kg)
  • GST: Included in the MRP
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Non-Working Days: Sundays and public holidays

International Shipping


International orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on the destination and service availability.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and parcel volume and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be borne by the customer. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, alqaline will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges and returns.
  • Any documents required by the local authorities (residing country) for the custom's clearance, will have to be arranged by the customer.
  • In case of non availability of the document if the delivery of the order is denied by the local airport authorities, Alqaline will not be liable for any refund.
  • These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are payable to the logistics partner upon delivery.
  • We are unable to estimate customs duties in advance, as they vary according to local import regulations.

Dispatch Timeline & Order Tracking

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Orders are dispatched within 10–15 business days from our workshop.
  • During certain high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
  • After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link to monitor your shipment status.


Please note that any delivery delays caused by logistics or customs processes in the destination country are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

International Delivery Timeline

  • Express International Shipping - Delivery time: 4 to 7 days after dispatching.
  • Standard International Shipping - Delivery time: 8 to 12 days after dispatching.
