Refund policy
We strive to ensure that every transaction with us is smooth and satisfying. All our products are crafted with care and adhere to high-quality standards.
Therefore, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy.
Please note:
- Minor irregularities in weaves are natural and not considered defects.
- Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- We do not guarantee colour fastness.
- Damage caused by incorrect washing or care will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
Your order is eligible for exchange only if:
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, or
- You have received the wrong product.
If your order meets the above criteria:
- Please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be returned in unused, unworn condition within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued as store credit.
- If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Store Credit Details
- Store credit will be shared within 48–72 hours of receiving your return.
- It will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items
- Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
- Items damaged due to incorrect care or washing methods.
Size Assistance
Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
If you are unsure about your size, you can contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram for guidance or customisations.
Alterations
If you require an alteration for your purchased garment:
- Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with the alteration request.
- Our team will provide the address to courier the garment.
- Once we receive the unused product, we will alter it to your desired size.
- Courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
- No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed.
Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order items are made to order. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.
Please note that the dispatch timeline provided is an estimate. While we aim to ship within the mentioned timeframe, there may occasionally be delays due to the production process or unforeseen circumstances.
