Most of our products are made to order to minimise wastage.
• Made-to-order dispatch: 10–15 business days
• Ready stock dispatch: 1–3 business days
Delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Domestic: 1–3 business days
• International: 7–10 business days
If you need the outfit by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD.
All orders must be prepaid.

Q. What are the shipping charges?
• Domestic shipping: Based on location and weight (displayed at checkout).

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Delivery takes 7–10 business days once dispatched.

We do not have a physical retail store, but customers can visit our unit for measurements and custom fittings by prior appointment.

Q. The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?
Slight colour variations are normal because:
• Photos are taken in different lighting conditions
• Camera lenses cannot always match the human eye
• Each batch is handcrafted, not mass-produced
These minor variations are not considered defects.
Q. Do you offer colour customisation?
Yes, we offer colour customisation on selected products.
This service is chargeable.
Q. Do you accept returns or cancellations?
We follow a strict no refund and no return policy.
However, exchanges are accepted only for:
• Genuine manufacturing defects, or
• Wrong products received
No cancellations are accepted once the order is placed.

Q. Can I change my size after placing an order?
If your order has not yet entered production, we can try to accommodate a size change.

Q. How do I care for my garment?
• Dry clean only
• Avoid harsh detergents
• Iron on low heat
• For hand-dyed pieces, dry clean before first use to avoid colour bleed

If your package looks tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
